Man arrested in Mesa BoSa Donuts shooting that left woman paralyzed Donald David Williams, 30, of Mesa, is facing two counts of attempted first-degree murder, a class 2 felony, and aggravated assault causing serious physical injury. Williams, according to police, admitted to being the shooter.
