The Supreme Court of Canada has dismissed an appeal by the Hells Angels over the seizure of three of their clubhouses in the province. Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth said the properties had been used to “co-ordinate criminal activities.” The province seized three clubhouses, in Nanaimo, Kelowna and East Vancouver, in April.

Fairfield Police Chief Dan Marshall is putting his job on the line by pledging to quit if the city forces his officers to help with a Christmas toy run. Marshall says it's because the Hells Angels are involved in it.

On June 14, 2014, he allegedly threatened him with a gun and loaded the corpse into the incinerator. Three other bodies were reported to have been illegally cremated using the funeral home, known to the gang as the ‘Pizza Oven’ In December 2022, the biker pleaded guilty to obstructing justice by getting rid of Joel Silva’s body.

A grand jury indicted 17 Hells Angels and associates in a hate crime beating. In June, the gang chased and beat three Black men after one possibly spoke to a biker's girlfriend. One Hells Angel stabbed the third man in the sternum with a pocket knife.

The attack took place on Newport Avenue in San Diego's Ocean Beach area. Prosecutors said the harassment may have been 'triggered because one of them dared to talk to one of the girlfriends of these members' Police believe there are 25 members of the Hells Angels in the city.
